1. Information We Collect

ORBLEN AI collects the minimum information needed to sign you in, save your work, and keep the product functional.

Account information Email address, display name, profile photo, and authentication metadata from Google or email/password sign-in.
Chat and memory data Conversations, session titles, saved memories, and any content you choose to store inside the app.
Usage and device data Browser type, device details, IP address, diagnostics, and logs that help keep the service stable and secure.
Usage metrics Third-party analytics tools may log page views and system load to optimize performance.

2. How We Use It

Data is used to operate core functionality, personalise the interface, and improve reliability.

Provide the service

Authenticate users, render chat sessions, and enable connected AI and workspace features.

Persist your work

Store chats, memories, and settings so you can return to previous sessions.

Improve performance

Monitor uptime, debug issues, and understand which parts of the product need attention.

3. Storage and Retention

Data may be stored in Firebase Realtime Database and related backend systems while your account is active.

Chat history Saved per account so you can continue conversations later or delete them manually.
Memories Selective facts extracted from conversations may be retained to personalize future responses.
Tokens and connections Security tokens are handled safely to persist session state securely.

4. Sharing and Third Parties

ORBLEN AI uses a small set of service providers to run the app. Your data is shared only where needed to deliver the feature you requested.

Firebase

Used for authentication and database storage for users, sessions, memories, and integration state.

Backend hosting

Requests may pass through the project backend on Render to keep API secrets server-side and manage app logic.

Analytics and ads

Google Analytics and AdSense may process limited usage data where enabled on the site.

5. Your Controls

You can review, manage, or remove most of your data directly through the app or by contacting the owner.

Delete chats Remove individual sessions from the chat sidebar.
Update profile details Change your display name and account settings where the app allows it.
Request deletion Contact the owner to ask about deletion or export of account-related information.

6. Security

The app uses server-side API handling and Firebase authentication to reduce exposure of secrets in the browser.

Important note

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. If you submit sensitive content, understand that it may be processed by the connected AI models and stored according to the product features you use.

Children's privacy

The service is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the app or submit data if you are not permitted to do so under local law.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when product features, hosting, or third-party services change. The effective date on this page should reflect the latest version.
